If you are breast-feeding your baby you should not take birth control pills until you have a good milk supply. This will take about 4 to 6 weeks after the birth. Then, a low-dose pill or progesterone-only pill may possibly be used. Talk to your doctor provider about when you can start the pills again. Also, remember that breast-feeding is not sure protection against pregnancy, so use another form of birth control before you start taking birth control pills again. Exactly the same applies to bigger breasts pills for natural breast enhancement. If you are not breast-feeding your baby, you may be able to start taking birth control pills 1 to 2 weeks after the baby's birth or when you begin menstruating again, but still be sure to check with your doctor before you start.

Muira puama has been used to increase testosterone levels. Traditionally used for impotence, poor sexual performance or diminished vitality, it is considered one of the excellent herbal aphrodisiacs and was much revered by British explorers who saw it’s effectiveness and decided to take it back to England. It can be found in the British Herbal Pharmacopoeia (1983) listed as an astringent, aromatic and aphrodisiac, indicated for dysentery and impotence. Interestingly, clinical research in 1995 by Dr. Jacques Waynberg, a leading authority on sexual function, showed promising results. Trials were conducted trials at the institute of sexology with 262 men with decreased libido or inability to attain or maintain an erection. They were given an extract of muira puama over a 2-week period. The results were quite amazing with 62% of the men having a positive effect on their libido and 51% had improvement with erections. There were no reported side effects with this herb. When compared to the prescription drug yohimbe hydrochloride, with it’s possible side effects, muira puama extract proved to be more effective for loss of libido and impotency. A second clinical trial conducted at the same institute with 100 patients reported that 70% indicated a strengthening of their libido, 66% reported a greater frequency of sex, and 66% reported less fatigue.

The name fenugreek or foenum-graecum is from Latin for "Greek hay". Fenugreek is used both as a herb (the leaves) and a spice (the seed). The yellow, rhombic fenugreek seed is frequently used in the preparation of pickles, curry powders and pastes, and is often encountered in the cuisine of the Indian subcontinent and Thailand. The young leaves and sprouts of fenugreek are eaten as greens and the fresh or dried leaves are used to flavor other dishes. In the Arabian nation of Yemen it is the main condiment and an ingredient added to the national dish called Saltah. The similarity in the Arabic word Hulba and Mandarin Chinese word Hu lu ba reveal the significance of fenugreek in history. Fenugreek is also one of four herbs used for the Iranian recipe Ghormeh Sabzi. Fenugreek seed is widely used as a galactagogue by mothers to increase inadequate breast milk supply.

The current “gold standard” starch blocker is an ingredient called Phase 2, a highly purified protein derived from white beans. When swallowed, the protein combines with an enzyme in the small intestine called “amylase,” inhibiting it’s ability to digest starch. Starch is simply a long chain of molecules that must be split off one by one through amylase’s digestive action, before the starch molecules can be absorbed. Starch that isn’t digested passes on through the digestive tract. The Phase 2 starch blocker can effectively reduce the amount of insulin secreted by the pancreas in response to eating a high starch meal. Insulin is the chief pro-fat hormone of the body, and by reducing the absorption of glucose from starch, a starch blocker can reduce insulin and subsequent fat formation.

Thank you for your herbal product, Wonderup. It's taken a while, but I've had a significant growth of my bust, just about an inch now. This may not sound a lot, but I'm very pleased to have achieved that result and my sister is quite impressed too and is starting Wonderup herself. Even though my results are not that startling, I have got noticeably bigger breasts and I feel much more confident with my looks and I'm really glad I tried Wonderup

I really like the lip pump, and it gives my lips a much fuller and supple appearance. I use it in the morning and it adds a lot more definition and fullness - such an easy way to bigger lips or lip enhancement. My husband can really tell the difference. For anyone who has ever been self conscious of their lips or mouth it makes you feel confident. Thanks...I really don't think I could live without it now.
